Looks good, a very good idea for a road bike with disc brakes, hence no rim wear. It looks like the gears are bar end levers. This must be so as to use the disc brakes.
How does the weight compare with the Radium.
Hi Chris, The Shifters are Shimano STi, and have been paired to mechanical Road Disc brakes to ensure that both feel and Braking power is retained. A good point about the Disc brakes, no rim wear will in the long run pay off and you wont be looking at replacement wheels, they provide positive brake feel, and are not affected by wet weather in the same way that Rim brakes are. Weights will be comparable with the Radium.
