If the bikes comes with pedals, these will already be fitted to the bike for you. Kids bikes will come with 2 hex keys and a spanner, however, for all other bikes, you will require either a 4mm, 5mm or 6mm hex key to adjust your bike. For Di2 and E-bikes, the battery will need to be charged prior to use.

For all Reserve and Collect orders, your bike will undergo a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety check by a skilled bike technician in-store.
