Can I get my bike or frameset delivered to my local bike shop?

Have your new Ridgeback bicycle or frameset ready to collect in-store for FREE.

All our online orders are processed with our trusted retail partner Freewheel. Simply select the Click & Collect delivery option at checkout and choose your desired local bike shop.

Please wait until you have heard from your selected store prior to travelling as an experienced and certified mechanic will build and complete a pre-delivery inspection on your new bike in-store.

Can I get my bike delivered to my home?

Get your new Ridgeback bicycle or frameset delivered straight to your door for just £50.

All our online orders are processed by our trusted retail partner Freewheel. Simply select Home Delivery at checkout to get your order delivered to your chosen address. A premium two man delivery service is used to ensure your bike arrives in the best possible condition. Please note that a signature is required to confirm proof of delivery.

We aim to get our bikes despatched within 7 working days however this may vary during very busy periods.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We always hope you are happy with your purchase however if you’re not perfectly satisfied and the order was placed in the last 28 days, you can contact us to arrange a returns collection.

All returns are processed by our trusted online retailer Freewheel, so please contact them directly with any questions.

Only bikes or frames that have not been used or ridden will be accepted and must be packaged using the original box.

I live outside the UK, can I order a Ridgeback Bicycle online?

Unfortunately we can only deliver to addresses within the UK at the moment. If you live outside the UK we recommend contacting your local Ridgeback dealer who may be able to help you. Find your local stockist here.
