Can I get my bike or frameset delivered to my local bike shop?

Have your new Ridgeback bicycle or frameset ready to collect in-store for FREE.

Simply add your chosen bike to your basket and you'll be automatically redirected to our trusted retail partner Freewheel to complete your purchase, where you can select your preferred local Ridgeback stockist at checkout. And here's the best bit — Freewheel pays a commission to your chosen store with every purchase, so you're supporting local independent retailers at the same time.

Please wait until you have heard from your selected store prior to travelling as an experienced and certified mechanic will build and complete a pre-delivery inspection on your new bike in-store.

Can I get my bike delivered to my home?

We don't currently offer home delivery, but we do offer a huge network of Click & Collect stores across the UK. Simply choose your preferred store at checkout and collect your new Ridgeback bicycle or frameset at a time that suits you.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We always hope you're happy with your order, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your new bike, we want to put things right.

If you purchased a bike through Click & Collect, please return it to the store you selected when placing your order within 30 days, along with proof of purchase. They will discuss the options available to you and help rectify the situation.

If you purchased the bike online and chose Click & Collect from your local authorised store, you can return it via that same store. Please contact the store beforehand to confirm their returns process and any information they may require.

I live outside the UK, can I order a Ridgeback Bicycle online?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer Click & Collect within the UK. If you live outside the UK, we recommend contacting your local Ridgeback dealer, who may be able to help you. Find your local stockist here.here.
